Life Deck FM Waterproof system
The Life Deck® FM (Fiberglass Mat) Waterproof Decking System is an industry-leading all-acrylic coating system designed with simplicity and performance in mind. This four step system uses a fiberglass mat with four acrylic coatings applied in steps to waterproof your above-ground deck. The FM System is easy to repair and requires only minimum maintenance to give a long lasting life. It is extremely flexible, skid resistant and is well suited for plywood and concrete substrates.
Uses and Recommended Substrates: The FM System is designed for use on elevated concrete and plywood walking decks. FM System has been designed for balconies, corridors, stairs and landings and is regularly specified for hotels, condominiums, apartments and office buildings. This product can be applied over most old deck systems to provide an excellent method for the rehabilitation of problem surfaces.

Life Deck AL Waterproof system
The Life Deck® AL (Acrylic Lath) ICC-ESR 2701 Waterproof Decking System is the industry-leading Class “A” Fire Resistant System for plywood decks. The system is installed with a series of two cementitious applications over hot dipped galvanized metal lath, stapled to plywood, and bonded with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion. Then, it is sealed with a 100% acrylic top coat or a decorative overlay system.

LD-2000 Urethane System
The Life Deck 2000 urethane decking system is a specialized application of elastomeric coatings that is both flexible and durable. This chemical resistant, moisture cured, polyurethane system is designed to expand and contract with normal structural movements.
Years of service have proven the lasting qualities of this product in resisting weathering and abrasion. The Life Deck 2000 decking system is durable and, with appropriate sand aggregate, provides a slip-resistant waterproofing system. It has an aesthetically pleasing monolithic surface that will not soften in heat or become brittle in cold environments. With the use of a catalyst, the Life Deck 2000 decking system can be accelerated to a two-day application. Life Deck MC waterproof system
The Life Deck® MC System is an incredibly flexible cementitious waterproofing system designed for concrete decks. Life Deck MC System is a fiber reinforced deck system installed with a series of three to four separate water-based acrylic application. It is bonded together with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion sealed with Life Deck 10 Series, 28 Series heat reflective top coat deck coating or a decorative concrete pattern. Designed for both commercial and residential use, the system also works excellent over the AL System on high rises where movement is greater and more prevalent. With use of an epoxy primer, the MC System also works great over existing concrete systems that have cracked or failed. The MC System is ideal for areas with heavy traffic and provides excellent coefficient of friction. MC System is designed for balconies, corridors, stairs and landings and is regularly specified for hotels, condominiums, apartments and office buildings.

AKKRO-7T is a non-redispersable, liquid bonding admixture used to produce polymer modified concrete and mortar. AKKRO-7T is a milky white, water based emulsion of high solids acrylic polymers and modifiers. AKKRO-7T is non-yellowing and has excellent resistance to ultraviolet degradation, heat and most common chemicals. AKKRO-7T does not alter the color of the mixture.
