Big Boss High Gloss Sealer is a solvent-based acrylic sealer designed to protect concrete and masonry surfaces. It is commonly used for sealing stamped concrete patios, driveways, and walkways.
246 is a high solid, chemical resistant two-component, gloss finish, aliphatic urethane coating. 246 provides strong chemical resistance and non-yellowing for use on exterior and interior pre-primed concrete surfaces. Typical surfaces for use of this product are aircraft hangers, automobile repair shops, service stations, factory floors, garage floors, and many other commercial high traffic surfaces.
EVERCLEAR is a pure acrylic concrete cure & seal that protects and enhances the appearance of cured concrete with a clear, non-yellowing seal that is harder and more durable than standard cure and seal products. EVERCLEAR is specially formulated to enhance the color of stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, and colored concrete pavers, making these surfaces look deeper and richer in appearance. It provides protection against the damaging effects of traffic, weather, and de-icing salts while allowing the concrete to “breathe”. EVERCLEAR gives concrete a satin finish that highlights the color and texture of surfaces without excessive shine. EVERCLEAR can be tinted with Euclid Universal Color Packs, which are available in 33 standard colors.
BARACADE WB 244 is a ready-to-use, water-based siloxane/silane penetrating water repellent sealer. BARACADE WB 244 soaks into the substrate and forms a water and chloride barrier that protects concrete and masonry from the damaging effects of water and salts, especially in freeze-thaw climates and marine environments. BARACADE WB 244 is a breathable sealer that does not alter the appearance or texture of the substrate.
DESCRIPTION
ARIZONA SEAL is an acrylic polymer solution that dries to a transparent film, which improves abrasion resistance of the concrete surface. It is specially formulated to enhance the natural beauty of most cementitious materials and will not after-yellow. In addition, ARIZONA SEAL is also formulated to enhance the beauty of natural stone in exposed aggregate surfaces while providing maximum surface protection. When properly applied, ARIZONA SEAL produces a glossy “wet look” finish.
USES
ARIZONA SEAL can be used on exterior concrete surfaces without discoloring, checking, or peeling. Its long-lasting protective film offers improved resistance to rain, sun, freezing temperatures, oil, grease, de-icing salts, cleaning agents (except for aromatic solvents), caustics, most acids and industrial chemicals, airborne soot, dust, and other pollutants. ARIZONA SEAL is also ideal for freshly finished or existing (old) exposed aggregate surfaces.
DIAMOND CLEAR VOX is a VOC compliant, water-based acrylic curing and sealing compound. This product provides a quality cure to freshly placed interior or exterior concrete while assuring total resistance to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. DIAMOND CLEAR VOX promotes proper hydration of cement in new concrete by preventing rapid loss of moisture. Used as a sealer, DIAMOND CLEAR VOX helps concrete repel water and gives surfaces a semi-gloss appearance.
BDC 70-30 is a solvent based single component aliphatic urethane that is high gloss and is used for overlays and masonry.
Overview: Life Deck 4001 (Gloss) acrylic-urethane hybrid is a premium quality crystal clear acrylic urethane that provides a tough, durable surface. It is perfect over pool decks, walkways, waterproof deck coating systems and balconies.
Advantages: Light chemical resistant, stain resistant, abrasion resistant and non-yellowing. The coating also repels oil, grease and water for easy clean up.
Substrates: For interior and exterior surfaces. May be applied over Life Deck waterproofing systems such as FM, AL, TC and MC decking systems. 4001 may also be applied over concrete floors, patios, brick walls, walk ways, pavers and wood
545 Polyaspartic is a high solids, high build chemical resistant two-component ,gloss finish, coating. 545 provides good chemical resistance and is resistant and is resistant to yellowing for use on exterior and interior pre primed concrete surfaces. Typical surfaces for use of this product are aircraft hangers, automotive repair shops, service stations, show rooms, factory floors, garage floors, and many other commercial high traffic surfaces.
RhinoSeal PA is a two-component, rapid curing, environmentally-friendly polyaspartic coating system designed as a decorative yet durable coating for floors and other applications. Formulated with aliphatic chemistry, RhinoSeal PA is color stable allowing it take UV exposure without color shifts seen with other coating systems such as epoxies. RhinoSeal PA is a 1:1 mix ratio system with sufficient pot life to be rolled, brushed, or sprayed with Rhino Linings® application equipment. It has a robust application window with ability to apply at low temperatures and high humidity
Life Deck’s Grafted Polymer Dispersion (GPD) is an extremely versatile clear sealer and concrete coating. The excellent water, alkali, and efflorescence resistance of this product, in combination with its exterior durability and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates, allow it to be used in many applications. Life Deck GPD is a chemical resistant top coat with excellent alkali and hot tire resistance for driveways. GPD has superior resistance to tire markings and tire stains.
Lythic® Densifier is the faster, safer, easier densifier. It is quick reacting, residue free, and pH less than 10, meaning you save time and money without sacrificing safety or effectiveness. Other densifiers rely on reactive metal silicates while Lythic Densifier is a 99.5% pure silica. This allows Lythic Densifier to be spray applied and react within 10 to 15 minutes. Lythic even works on cementitious overlays and other low lime surfaces where traditional densifiers would not. When it is done reacting, there is no whiting or residue to remove or scrub off. Lythic Densifier provides all the densification, hardening, and permeability benefits of traditional densifiers with a fraction of the effort.
Lythic® Protector simplifies maintenance on densified surfaces. It improves stain resistance while enhancing color and improving traction on polished surfaces. Lythic Protector does this by bonding additional silica to the concrete to further extend water repellence and stain resistance. Lythic Protector cures for foot traffic within hours of application.
Cleaning is necessary to remove grit and dirt that might become abrasive and compromise stain protection. Lythic® Cleaner cleans and bonds additional silica to the concrete surface to further improve resistance to abrasion and liquid penetration. It is chemically matched to other Lythic products and is a mild, yet effective, suitable for everyday use.
